fa ارزیابی ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: داشتن عملکرد کارآفرینانه و خلاق مقوله مهمی برای تطابق افراد با عصر جدید است. کارآفرینی امروزه به عنوان یک ضرورت مطرح گردیده و شرط لازم برای توسعه کارآفرینی در حوزه سلامت نیز برخورداری دانشجویان از ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی –مقطعی بر روی کلیه (82 نفر) دانشجویان دوره تخصصی رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در نیمسال تحصیلی 92- 91 انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه استاندارد جامع کارآفرینی (با پنج ویژگی: میل به موفقیت، میل به استقلال، خلاقیت، ریسک‌پذیری، عزم و اراده)، تحمل ابهام و مرکز کنترل بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون t استفاده شده است. نتایج: میانگین خصوصیت میل به موفقیت، میل به استقلال، خلاقیت، ریسک‌پذیری، ویژگی عزم و اراده، تحمل ابهام دانشجویان به ترتیب 87/2±5/9، 35/1±38/4، 25/2±13/9، 13/2±22/9، 95/1±24/8، 25/1±47/25 و بالاتر از حد میانگین نظری ابزار بود. در مورد مرکز کنترل، نتایج نشان ‌داد میانگین به دست آمده در خصوص مرکز کنترل دانشجویان (82/3±64/41) از میانگین استاندارد (40=µ) این خصوصیت بیش‌تر بود. بین دو جنس از نظر ویژگی‌های میل به موفقیت، میل به استقلال، خلاقیت و ریسک‌پذیری تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت؛ اما در ویژگی‌های عزم و اراده، تحمل ابهام و مرکز کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین بالاتر از حد متوسط ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی به طور کلی نمایان‌گر آمادگی بالقوه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در جهت کارآفرین شدن است. با این حال لازم است که در برنامه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی تقویت همه مؤلفه‌ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد. Introduction: Having entrepreneurial and innovative performance is an important issue for individual’s adaption to the new era. Nowadays, entrepreneurship is a necessity, and adequacy of students’ entrepreneurial attributes is a prerequisite for entrepreneurship development in health care. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating entrepreneurship attributes in dentistry students at Babol Medical University. Methods: This descriptive, cross-sectional study was performed on all 82 postgraduate dentistry students at Babol Medical University in 2012-2013. Research tool was three comprehensive standard entrepreneurship questionnaires (with five themes: tendency to be successful, tendency to be independent, creativity, risk-taking, determination), ambiguity tolerance and locus of control. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, and T-test were used. Results: Result indicates that the mean scores of tendency to be successful, tendency to be independent, creativity, risk-taking, and determination and also students’ ambiguity tolerance were 9.5±2.87, 4.38±1.35, 9.13±2.25, 9.22±2.13, 8.24±1.95, 25.47±1.25, 41.64±3.82, respectively, and they were higher than the theoretical mean. Concerning the locus of control, result shows that (the mean obtained regarding students’ locus of control was 41.64±3.82) it was higher than the standard mean for this attribute (μ=40). Moreover, result indicates that there was no significant difference between genders in tendency to be successful, tendency to be independent, creativity, and risk-taking. But in determination, ambiguity tolerance, and locus of control, a significant difference was observed between genders. Conclusion: The high mean of entrepreneurship attributes (over theoretical mean) generally represents dentistry students’ potential readiness towards being entrepreneurs.
