fa ارزشیابی کارورزی زایمان دانشجویان کاردانی مامایی: مقایسه دو روش دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های عملکردی و چک‌لیست مقاله کوتاه Short article مقدمه: روش‌های ارزشیابی مختلفی برای مهارت‌های بالینی معرفی شده است. در واحدهای بالینی، استفاده ازچک‌لیست و دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های عملکردی رایج است. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه نمرات عملکرد و رضایت دانشجویان در روش‌های ارزشیابی با چک‌لیست و استفاده از دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های عملکردی در کارورزی زایمان دانشجویان مامایی بود. روش‌ها: در مطالعه‌ای پیش تجربی که در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی حضرت زینب (س) وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در نیم سال اول 1384 انجام شد، کلیه دانشجویان ترم چهارم کاردانی مامایی (21 نفر) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. کلیه مهارت‌هایی که باید دانشجو کسب نماید در دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های عملکردی (Log book) تهیه و در اختیار مربیان و دانشجویان قرار گرفت تا بطور روزانه نوع مهارت کسب شده و نمره مربوطه دانشجویان در آن ثبت شود. بطور همزمان مربیان با روش معمول چک‌لیست، دانشجویان را ارزشیابی کردند. نمرات دانشجویان با نرم افزار SPSS به صورت توزیع فراوانی و میانگین و انحراف معیار تجزیه و تحلیل، و برای مقایسه‌ها از آزمون‌های t و مجذور کای استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات کسب شده در روش دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی 77/033/16 و در روش چک‌لیست 41/088/17 بود که اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری داشت. کلیه دانشجویان در ابتدا از روند ارزشیابی جدید کاملاً رضایت داشتند ولی پس از رؤیت، نمره رضایت آنها 71/85 درصد بود. رضایت دانشجویان از روش‌های ارزشیابی اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت که از ثبت مهارت‌های عملکردی رضایت بیشتری داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی برای کارورزی زایمان با رضایت بیشتر دانشجویان مامایی همراه بود و ارزشیابی عینی‌تری را فراهم می‌ساخت. به هر حال، بکارگیری آن نیاز به انجام اصلاحات و مطالعات وسیع‌تر در سایر مراکز آموزشی دارد Introduction: Different evaluation methods have been introduced for evaluating clinical skills. Using checklist and logbook are common methods in clinical units. The purpose of this study was to compare logbook and checklist as the means for evaluating midwifery students in labor and delivery training. Methods: This pre-experimental study was performed in Hazrat Zaynab Nursing and Midwifery School affiliated to Gilan University of Medical Sciences in the first semester of 2005. The study sample included all midwifery senior students (n=21). In order to record students’ daily scores, the students and their instructors were provided with a logbook including all the skills they were supposed to acquire. The instructors checked all students’ activities using a checklist at the end of semester, while at the same time, the instructors and students had to evaluate and mark any daily activity, using the logbook. The data was analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Results: The mean and standard deviation of the scores recorded using the logbook and checklist were 16.33±.77 and 17.88±.41, respectively, which had a significant difference. At the beginning, all students were completely satisfied with the new method of evaluation, but after receiving the results, their satisfaction rate decreased to 85.71%. The students had significantly more satisfaction with logbook. Conclusion: Using logbook provided a more objective evaluation and led to more students’ satisfaction.
