fa تدوین استراتژی‌های توسعه آموزش اخلاق پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر نيازهاي جامعه Community Based Medicine پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: اخلاق پزشکی فعالیتی تحلیلی است که در طی آن ابعاد مختلف تصمیم‌گیری‌های اخلاقی پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. با توجه به ضرورت و اهداف آموزش اخلاق پزشکی، تحقیق حاضر قصد دارد ضمن بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف (عوامل داخلی) و هم‌چنین فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای آموزش اخلاق پزشکی (عوامل خارجی)، در قالب مدل SWOT( strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) به ارائه استراتژی‌های توسعه آموزش اخلاق پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بپردازد. روش‌ها: از تعداد 48 عضو هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1390 در قالب مطالعه‌ای مقطعی و با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه به ترتیب در راستای شناسایی میزان اهمیت و رتبه هر کدام از عوامل داخلی و خارجی تأثیرگذار بر آموزش اخلاق پزشکی و پرسشنامه سومی حاصل برایند دو پرسشنامه قبلی در خصوص تعیین میانگین امتیاز استراتژی‌های توسعه آموزش اخلاق پزشکی و در مقیاس 0 تا 5 نظرخواهی شد. پس از نظرخواهی، به وزن‌دهی(میزان اهمیت) و رتبه‌بندی هر کدام از این عوامل پرداخته شد و سپس استراتژی‌ها در قالب مدل SWOT ارائه گردیدند. نتایج: در بررسی عوامل داخلی از بین نقاط قوت، بیشترین میزان اهمیت (وزن) مربوط به "وجود منابع اسلامی و تاریخی غنی در زمینه اخلاق پزشکی" با وزن 1/0 و رتبه 9/2 و بین نقاط ضعف بیشترین میزان اهمیت مربوط به"به کارگیری روش‌های سنتی در آموزش اخلاق پزشکی" با وزن12/0 و رتبه 6/2 بود. مجموع امتیازها در جدول تجزیه و تحلیل، برای عوامل داخلی 85/2 و برای عوامل خارجی 87/2 به دست آمد. اولویت‌های اول تا سوم به ترتیب به راهبردهای آموزش اخلاق پزشکی به صورت بین رشته‌ای توسط اساتید اخلاق و اساتید علوم بالینی، آموزش اخلاق در بالین بیمار و به کارگیری روش‌های نوین آموزش اخلاق پزشکی اختصاص یافت. نتیجه‌گیری: تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل داخلی و خارجی آموزش اخلاق پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان که به بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای آموزش اخلاق پزشکی می‌پردازد، نشان می‌دهد واکنش اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه نسبت به موارد فوق، کم‌تر از متوسط بوده است. همین طور اعتبار استراتژی‌های توسعه آموزش اخلاق پزشکی با استفاده از مدل SWOT، زیاد بوده که این استراتژی‌ها می‌توانند نقش بسیار مهمی در طراحی برنامه استراتژیک آموزش اخلاق پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان داشته باشند Introduction: Medical ethics is an analytical attempt that deals with various aspects of ethical decision making in medicine. According to the importance and goals of medical ethics, this study is an endeavor to evaluate strengths and weaknesses (internal factors) as well as opportunities and threats to medical ethics education (external factors) using SWOT (Strengths,Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) model and represent helpful strategies in medical ethics education in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this cross sectional study, the opinions of 48 faculty members of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in year 2011 were studied. After collecting the opinions, each factor was weighed (level of importance) and ranked and finally the strategies were formulated in SWOT model. Results: Evaluating internal factors of strength points, it was deriven that the most importance level (weight) belongs to “having rich Islamic and historical resources on medical ethics” with the weight of 0.10 and the grade of 2.9. Among weekness points, the top importance belonged to “using traditional methods for medical ethics education” with weight of 0.12 and ranking of 2.6. Furthermore, the sum of grades in analysis table was 2.85 for internal factors and 2.87 for external factors. The results showed that the first three priorities of formulated strategies were “inter-disciplinary medical ethics education by medical ethics and clinical sciences teachers”, “teaching medical ethics in clinical settings”, and “employing new methods in medical ethics education”, respectively. Conclusion:The analysis of internal and external factors in medical ethics education in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences which studies the weekness and strength points, opportunities, and threats to medical ethics education shows that the faculty reaction to these factors is lower than medium.
