fa عوامل تسهیل‌گر و ممانعت‌کننده در استفاده از روش یادگیری از همتایان در آموزش بالین از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods ساير موارد other مقدمه: آموزش و یادگیری از همتایان یک مداخله آموزشی مؤثر برای دانشجویان علوم سلامت در محیط‌های بالینی است. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی عمیق عوامل تسهیل‌گر و ممانعت‌کننده کاربرد این روش در بالین می پردازد. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا است؛ که به دلیل ماهیت کار جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از شیوه بحث متمرکز گروهی استفاده گردید. دو گروه ( 15 نفر) از دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر که در سال 1388 در یکی از بخش‌های کودکان یا نوزادان به روش همتایان آموزش دیده بودند، به بیان چگونگی تجاربشان از یادگیری از همتایان پرداختند. نتایج: تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها سه طبقه شامل نوع و حجم کار، نقش آموزشی مربی و ویژگی‌های دانشجویان را به عنوان عوامل تسهیل‌گر یادگیری از همتایان؛ و سه طبقه تنش در محیط، نظارت حاشیه‌ای مربی و عملکرد رقابتی دانشجویان را عوامل ممانعت‌کننده در روند یادگیری از همتایان شناسایی نمود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش بهتر است مربیان جهت اجرای این شیوه دانشجویان را توجیه نموده و ابتدا با حجم کار کم و با استرس کمتر به آموزش دانشجویان در به کارگیری این روش بپردازند و خود نیز نظارت بر اجرای صحیح آن داشته باشند. همچنین لزوم پرداختن بیشتر محققان در رشته‌های مختلف به این حیطه را پیشنهاد می‌نماید. Introduction: Peer teaching/learning is an effective educational intervention for students of health sciences in clinical settings. This study explores facilitators and barriers in application of this method in clinical settings. Methods: It is a content analysis qualitative study in which the focus group discussion is used for data gathering. Two groups of nursing students (n=15) of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences who were trained through peer education in pediatric or neonatal wards in year 2009, explained about how they experienced peer learning. Results: Analysis of interviews revealed 3 categories of facilitators including type of the job and workload, educational role of the instructor, and students’ characteristics. Also three categories of tension in working environment, trivial supervision of instructor, and competitive performance of students were identified as learning barriers in this method. Conclusion: It may be recommended that teachers brief this method to the students and then start using the method with low workload and less stress to the students and finally keep an eye over its implementation process.
