fa تأثیر برنامه‌‌های آموزش از راه دور بر موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان ساير موارد other ساير موارد other مقدمه: آموزش مجازی یکی از روش‌های رایج در کشورهای مختلف جهان است. افزایش امکانات و دسترسی به اینترنت در رشد این روش نقش مؤثری دارد. تنها عامل تامل بر انگیز نحوه عملکرد دانشجویان با توجه به نوپایی روش است که نیاز به بررسی و پیگیری دارد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تأثیر دو روش آموزش الکترونیک و سخنرانی بر میزان یادگیری دانشجویان گروه بهداشت و مدیریت دانشکده بهداشت، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در بین 191 نفر از دانشجویان مقاطع کاردانی و کارشناسی رشته‌‌های مختلف گروه بهداشت و مدیریت انجام شد. نیمی از دروس به صورت حضوری و بقیه به شکل مجازی ارائه گردید. برای دروس مجازی در هر درس دو جلسه پرسش و پاسخ و رفع اشکال برگزارشد. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نظرسنجی در رابطه با تناسب محتوای درس و اهداف آموزش مجازی، میزان دستیابی به اهداف و رفع نیاز آموزشی، نوع محتوا و شیوه و توالی مطلب، ارتباط استاد و دانشجویان، و ترغیب دانشجو به مطالعه تنظیم گردید. آزمون دروس حضوری و مجازی در دو برگه جداگانه با تعداد سؤال و نحوه یکسان به صورت همزمان انجام شد. سپس تفاوت نمرات آزمون دانشجویان در دو روش آموزشی بررسی گردید. نتایج آن به وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آماری T تست و آنالیز واریانس تحلیل گردید. نتایج : میانگین نمرات دانشجویان در آزمون حضوری و مجازی تفاوت معناداری نداشت. آموزش مجازی از نظر دستیابی به اهداف و رفع نیاز آموزشی، محتوا و شیوه و توالی و نوع مطلب و آزمون، مطلوب بود و بین تناسب محتوای درس و اهداف آموزش مجازی، با تعداد اشتباهات دانشجو در آزمون پایانی ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت. تسلط و مهارت دانشجو به کامپیوتر با موفقیت کار با سامانه آموزش مجازی و نمرات آزمون کامپیوتری رابطه مؤثری داشت (001/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مجازی یک روش جدید و موفق آموزشی است که برای دستیابی به اهداف عالیه آن نیاز به تداوم، زمان و ارتقای دسترسی به رایانه و اینترنت در کل جامعه می‌باشد. توصیه می‌شود در ابتدای ورود به دانشکده واحد آشنایی با رایانه و اینترنت برای دانشجویان ترم اول ارائه گردد تا بتوان مشکلات ناشی از ارتباط با سایت آموزش مجازی را مرتفع نمود. Introduction: E-learning is one of the usual educational methods all over the world. Rapid technological advances and easy access to Internet have had an effective role in the development of this method. The only factor needing more investigation is students' performance towards e-learning. This study was designed to compare the effect of two methods of e-learning and lecture on students' learning in the department of Health and Management of Mashad University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed on 191students of different disciplines in the department of Health and Management. During the term, half of the courses were presented by lecture and the other half through e-learning. At the end of the term, the students' opinion toward the educational methods was asked using a researcher-made questionnaire. The exams covering the contents of both educational methods was administered in sparated sheets at the same time. The Data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA through SPSS. Results: There was no significant difference between students' mean scores in attendance and e-learning courses. E-learning course was optimal regarding goal achievement and educational needs fulfillment, content, methodology, sequence, material and evaluation. There was a significant relationship between students' computer skills and their success in working with e-learning system as well as their scores on the on-line final exam (P=0.001). Conclusion: E-learning is a new and successful teaching method which needs continuity, enough time, and enhanced access to computer and internet in the whole society, in order to achieve its final goals.
