fa مبانی آموزش‌های شناختی – رفتاری وکاربرد آن در بهبود بیماری‌های مزمن ساير موارد other ساير موارد other مقدمه: بنا به گسترش روز افزون بیماری‌های مزمن، این پژوهش به منظور بررسی مبانی آموزش‌های شناختی- رفتاری و کاربرد آن در بیماری‌های مزمن انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از طریق مرور و دسته‌بندی و ارشیابی تعدادی از مقالات و کتب مرتبط از سال‌های 2010-2000 انجام شده است. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش‌های شناختی-رفتاری چه به صورت مجزا و چه همگام با درمان دارویی در درمان بیماری‌های مزمن و عوارض منتج از آنها مؤثر بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: با این که آموزش‌های شناختی-رفتاری قدم‌های آغازین را در درمان بیماری‌های مزمن می‌پیماید، با این حال می‌تواند به عنوان فنون کارآمد فراراه درمان بیماری‌های مزمن و عوارض ناشی از آنها قرار گیرد. Introduction: Due to the increasing epidemic of chronic diseases, this study was performed to investigate the applicability of cognitive-behavioral trainings on recovery of chronic diseases. Methods: This study was performed through review, categorization, and evaluation of a number of related articles and books published during years of 2000 to 2010. Results: findings showed that cognitive-behavioral trainings were effective in recovery of chronic diseases and their consequent complications both individually and along with pharmaceutical therapies.
