fa رابطه بین مدیریت دانش و ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان 1389 ساير موارد other ساير موارد other مقدمه: هدف از فعالیت‌های دانش در سازمان‌ها به ویژه دانشگاه‌ها اطمینان از رشد و تداوم فعالیت‌ها،کسب مداوم دانش و توسعه دانش جدید است. از این رو این تحقیق با هدف بررسی نمره مدیریت دانش در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان صورت گرفته است. روش‌ها: این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی است. از جامعه مورد پژوهش تعداد 190 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان که به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش بوده که اعتبار و روایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج: نمره مدیریت دانش در بین دانشجویان 22/60 با انحراف معیار 39/10 می‌باشد. به طور کلی بین میزان مدیریت دانش و جنسیت دانشجویان ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت (05/0>p) و بین مدیریت دانش با سن و مقطع تحصیلی ارتباط معنادار وجود نداشت(05/0 Introduction: The ultimate objective of scientific activities in organizations and universities is to ensure continuous expansion of these activities and to follow an ongoing knowledge improvement and development trail. Hence, this study was performed to investigate the knowledge management score between students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive study, the study population was 190 students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences whom were selected through stratified random sampling. Data gathering tool was knowledge management questionnaire which its validity was confirmed. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software version 18 using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean score of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT was 60.22 &plusmn;10.39 among students. In general there was a significant relationship between KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and gender (p<0.05). There was no significant relationship between KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and age and educational level (p>0.05).
