fa نظرات دانشجویان پزشکی در خصوص اجرای درس فیزیولوژی بالینی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: ارتباط بین دروس علوم پایه پزشکی و بالینی یک ضرورت شناخته شده است که کمک زیادی به یادگیری بهتر و دقیق‌تر دانشجویان در فهم مفاهیم بالینی و تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌ها می‌کند. هدف از اجرای این مطالعه، بررسی نظر ات دانشجویان پزشکی در خصوص ارائه درس فیزیولوژی بالینی است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه ی اقدام پژوهی است. درس فیزیولوژی بالینی، برای اولین بار به صورت یک درس اختیاری از نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 87-86 در لیست دروس دانشجویان پزشکی ترم 4 دانشکده پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان قرار گرفت. نظرات دانشجویان نسبت به ارائه این درس بوسیله پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته توسط پژوهشگر بررسی شد با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی( میانگین و انحراف معیار) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار کل پرسشنامه 38/0±18/48 است که نشان‌دهنده نظرات مثبت دانشجویان نسبت به ارائه درس فیزیولوژی بالینی بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره رضایت دانشجویان از ارائه این درس هم 46/0±53/9 بود که نشان دهنده رضایت بالای دانشجویان است. بحث: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه و نگرش و علاقه بالای دانشجویان نسبت به درس فیزیولوژی بالینی، ارائه این درس به عنوان یکی از دروس اختیاری دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان پیشنهاد می‌شود. Introduction: To make association between basic sciences and clinical courses of medicine is an established essential, which highly contributes to a better and more accurate learning of clinical concepts and disease diagnosis and therapy among students. This study investigated medical students' viewpoints toward presentation of clinical physiology lesson. Methods: In this action research, clinical physiology was presented for the first time as an optional course during the first semester of 2007-2008 academic years in the list of courses for medical students of 4th semester in Isfahan University of Medical sciences. Students' viewpoints toward presentation of this course were evaluated through a researcher-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation). Results: Total mean score and standard deviation of questionnaire is 48.18±0.38 which shows students' positive attitude toward presentation of clinical physiology course. Mean score and standard deviation of students' satisfaction with presentation of this course was 9.53±0.46, which shows their approval.
