fa مروری بر تاریخچه و تحولات صورت گرفته در آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی در جهان و ایران و جایگاه پرستاران در این عرصه ساير موارد other مروری Review article مقدمه: امروزه آموزش رفتارهای خودمراقبتی به عنوان پایه و اساس درمان دیابت شناخته شده است و پرستاران در امر آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی جایگاه منحصر به فردی پیدا کرده‌اند. تاریخچه آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی از ابتدا تا کنون تحولات گسترده‌ای داشته است که در این مقاله به مرور آن و نیز جایگاه پرستاران در آموزش رفتارهای خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی می‌پردازیم. روش‌ها: این مقاله حاصل مرور مطالعات مختلف پیرامون تاریخچه و تحولات صورت‌گرفته در آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی در جهان و ایران و جایگاه پرستاران‌ در این عرصه است که از مطالعه مقالات و مجلات علمی پرستاری و دیابت گردآوری شده است. نتایج: آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی تاریخچه‌ای 100 ساله دارد. در ابتدا پزشکان در آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی نقشی کلیدی داشتند اما در حال حاضر درمان مبتلایان به دیابت در اغلب کشورهای دنیا رویکردی تیمی دارد و پرستاران در تیم آموزشی دیابت نقشی کلیدی بر عهده دارند و آموزش خودمراقبتی به دیابتی‌ها را با رویکردهای گوناگون نظیر بحث گروهی، بازدید منزل، آموزش چهره به چهره، آموزش از طریق تلفن و... انجام می‌دهند و در این راه با موانع و چالش‌های متعددی نظیر کمبود نیروی انسانی در سیستم پرستاری، کمبود خودانگیزشی بیماران دیابتی، سطوح آموزشی متفاوت بیماران دیابتی، کمبود نیروهای پرستاری متخصص در زمینه آموزش به بیماران دیابتی، استرس‌های عاطفی، فقدان حمایت‌های خانوادگی، نداشتن اطلاعات کافی درباره اهمیت آموزش در بیماری دیابت، ترس از دیابت، مشکلات حمل و نقل و ... روبرو هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش خودمراقبتی به بیماران دیابتی همواره یک استراتژی کلیدی و ارزشمند در زمینه کنترل موفق دیابت بوده است و برای وصول به آن استفاده از یک رویکرد تیمی و استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی متنوع و برداشته شدن موانع متعدد موجود برای پرستاران و بیماران دیابتی الزامی است. Methods: This article is a review article about the history and changes in self care education to diabetic patients in the world, Iran and the nurses position in this field that has been assembled with study articles and nursing and diabetes scientific journals. Results: The self care education to diabetic patients has one hundred years history.
