fa سبک‌های تدریس اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشکده‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران شيوه هاي آموزش Teaching Methods پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت و نقش سبک‌های تدریس در میزان یادگیری و رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سبک‌های تدریس اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشکده‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به منظور ارتقای آگاهی اساتید از سبک‌های تدریس و توجه بیشتر به کاربرد سبک تدریس مناسب انجام گرفت. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، پرسشنامه ترجمه‌شده و خودایفای سبک تدریس در اختیار تمامی اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 89-88 قرار داده شد. هر مدرس با توجه به سبک تدریس خود در کلاس درس تئوری، به هر یک از گزینه‌های پرسشنامه نمره‌ای بین1 تا 4 را داد. پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی، آزمون کای دو و دستورالعمل پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: اکثریت اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشکده‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، ارائه مفهوم به صورت کاربردی، یادگیری عمقی، پردازش شناختی به صورت اجرایی و فعالیت‌های مشارکتی را ترجیح می‌دهند. هیچگونه ارتباط معناداری بین سبک تدریس با دانشکده محل تدریس، سابقه تدریس، و مرتبه علمی به دست نیامد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و ترجیح سبک‌های خاص تدریس، پیشنهاد می‌شود به تطابق سبک‌های تدریس با سبک‌های یادگیری دانشجویان و یا به عبارتی به تعامل تدریس-یادگیری توجه بیشتری شود. Introduction: This research was performed to determine the University lecturers’ teaching styles at Iran University of Medical Sciences. The study could help introduce the importance of the faculty members’ knowledge on different teaching styles and its promotion and also to focus on the importance of using appropriate teaching styles. Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, all non-clinical faculty members at Iran University of Medical Sciences completed a translated and self-administrated teaching style inventory with a four-point Likert scale in the second semester of the academic year 2010. The data was analyzed using descriptive and Chi2 test and according to the questionnaire guidelines. Result: The majority of the faculty members preferred to present concepts as applied and also encouraged deep learning, cooperative learning, and cognitive processing. Also, there was no significant relationship between teaching styles and their school type, teaching experience, and academic rank.
