fa نگرش دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود مقاله کوتاه Short article <strong>مقدمه</strong> افزایش ناموزون و بی‌رویه تعداد پزشکان عمومی ‌در کشور، یکی از مسایل حاد و مشکل‌آفرین جامعه ما است. نگرانی در مورد رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی از معضلات دانشجویان پزشکی می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد تا برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی و بهداشتی را نسبت به آن آگاه سازد.<strong>روش‌ها</strong> در یک مطالعه پیمایشی- مقطعی، دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در حال تحصیل در چهار مقطع علوم پایه، فیزیوپاتولوژی، بالینی و کارورزی در سال 82-1381 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. حجم نمونه 321 نفر بود که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه معتبر حاوی 42 سؤال براساس طیف لیکرت بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و به صورت توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار آزمون T و همبستگی پیرسون ارایه گردید.<strong>نتایج</strong> میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به آینده شغلی خود 1/6&plusmn;2/65 به دست آمد. هشتاد و نه درصد دانشجویان، تحصیل در رشته پزشکی را به دیگران توصیه می‌کنند، 2/74 درصد آنها به هیچ وجه تمایل به انصراف از رشته تحصیلی خود ندارد، 8/78 درصد از دانشجویان رشته پزشکی را انتخاب اول خود در آزمون سراسری معرفی کردند و 71 درصد دانشجویان در صورت شرکت مجدد در آزمون سراسری، مجددا پزشکی را به عنوان انتخاب اول خود برمی‌گزیدند.<strong>بحث</strong> نتایج حاصل حاکی از نگرش منفی دانشجویان رشته پزشکی نسبت به آینده شغلی خود بود در حالی که اکثر دانشجویان نگرش در حد مطلوب نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود داشتند. تعدیل ظرفیت پذیرش دانشجویان پزشکی، توزیع مناسب نیروی انسانی، آشنایی کامل‌تر دانش‌آموزان با رشته‌های تحصیلی دانشگاهی قبل از شرکت در آزمون سراسری، حمایت مالی پزشکان جوان و ایجاد مراکز مشاوره و حمایت از دانشجویان می‌تواند در بهبود نگرش آنها مفید واقع شود. Introduction. The inappropriate increase in the number of general physicians in Iran is one of the critical and problematic issues of our society which leads to a big concern for medical students regarding their field of study and future career. This research aims to determine the attitude of medical students towards their own future career and field of study in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in the year 2003 in order to inform educational planners about this issue. Methods. In a cross sectional survey, medical students in four levels of study including basic sciences, physiopathology, clerkship and internship were studied in the year 2002 &ndash; 2003. 321 students were selected by simple random sampling. The data gathering tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire including 42 attitude questions based on Likert scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean and standard deviation, t-test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Results. The mean score of the medical students&rsquo; attitude towards their future career was 65.2 &plusmn; 6.1. Also, 80.9 percent of the students recommended studying medicine to others, 74.2 percent of them did not intend to quit their study, 78.8 percent chose medicine as their first selection in the national entrance examination for the universities, and 71 percent of the students would choose medicine as their first selection if they took the entrance examination again. Conclusion. The results showed the negative attitude of medical students towards their own future career, while the attitude of the majority of them towards their field of study was at an optimal level.
