fa عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بر مبنای مدل پذیرش فناوری يادگيري الكترونيكي E-learning پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در نظام‌های آموزشی یک برنامه و جریان آموزشی فعال است، که آموزش نوین را برای حضور مؤثر در هزاره سوم ترسیم می‌کند، ولی مقدم برکاربرد آن، باید تلاش شود عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش، بهره‌وری، بهره‌برداری و استفاده از این پدیده شناسایی شود در این راستا مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بر مبنای مدل پذیرش فناوری(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران صورت گرفته است. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی است که جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1389 هستند که با شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه‌ای با حجم 321 دانشجو انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه (محقق‌ساخته بر اساس مدل پذیرش فناوری) با ضریب پایایی 81/0 است. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق آمار توصیفی و هم‌چنین آمار استنباطی از طریق تکنیک آماری مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر تأییدی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL انجام گردید. نتایج: متغیرهای برداشت ذهنی از آسانی استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی، برداشت ذهنی از مفید بودن یادگیری الکترونیکی، نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی و تصمیم به استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش و استفاده یادگیری الکترونیکی دارای اثرات مثبت بر پذیرش و استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی در سطح 01/0 در میان دانشجویان هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، مدل پذیرش یادگیری الکترونیکی در جامعه مورد مطالعه با توجه به شاخص‌های برازش دارای برازش مناسب است. بر همین اساس قابلیت به کارگیری را در جامعه موردنظر را داراست. Introduction: Application of information technology in educational systems is an active program and educational process, which illustrates modern education in the third millennium. Meanwhile, prior to its application, there should be an effort to identify the effective factors on the acceptance, efficiency, utilization and use of this phenomenon. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of electronic learning based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) among students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research is a descriptive study which includes all the students studying in year 2010 in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Using simple random sampling 321 students were selected for the study. Data collection tool was a questionnaire (developed by the researcher based on Technology Acceptance Model). Its reliability was 0 .81. Data analysis included both descriptive statistics (by SPSS) and inferential statistics through structural equation modeling and path analysis using LISREL. Results: Variables including the perception of easy usage of e-learning, the perception of the helpfulness of e-learning, students’ attitudes toward e-learning and the decision to use it are the factors which affect the acceptance and use of this technology positively at the level of 0.01 among the students. Conclusion: Based on the data analysis, the TAM of electronic learning in this population is appropriate based on the goodness of fit.
