fa نظر دانشجویان بالینی دندانپزشکی در مورد عوامل مؤثر برکیفیت سخنرانی در کلاس‌های نظری ارزشيابي استاد Teacher Evaluation پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: اگرچه نحوه ارائه سخنرانی مؤثر در مقالات متعددی توصیف شده است، اما اطلاعات محدودی در مورد نظر دانشجویان درباره عوامل مؤثر بر ارائه بهتر یک جلسه سخنرانی موجود است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نظر دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در مورد عوامل مؤثر برروی کیفیت جلسات سخنرانی است. روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه توصیفی دو مرحله‌ای، ابتدا 25 دانشجوی مقطع بالینی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در یک جلسه بحث گروهی متمرکز نظرات خود را پیرامون نقاط قوت و ضعف جلسات درس نظری که در دانشکده در قالب سخنرانی، ارائه می‌شود را بیان کردند. پس از جمع‌بندی نظرات دانشجویان پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی شد. عوامل مؤثر بر ارائه بهتر جلسه سخنرانی، در پرسشنامه به 4 گروه عوامل مرتبط با استاد، عوامل مرتبط با محتوی، عوامل مرتبط با امکانات فیزیکی کلاس و عوامل مرتبط با مدیریت آموزشی کلاس تقسیم شدند و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن امتحان شد. سپس این پرسشنامه با 45 پرسش در میان دانشجویان سال 4و 5و 6 که در مجموع 130 نفر بودند، توزیع گردید و میزان موافقت دانشجویان با هر یک از موارد مطرح شده در پرسشنامه در مقیاس لیکرت 5 تایی، سنجیده شد. نتایج: در مجموع 97 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری گردید. بیشترین امتیازات مربوط به عوامل مرتبط با استاد بود از بین این عوامل، فن بیان با میانگین 64/4، ارائه بیمار در صورتی که ارتباط درس نظری را با عملی نشان دهد (63/4) و استاد باید بتواند مطالب را به خوبی ربط دهد (55/4) امتیاز بیشتری را کسب نمودند. نتیجه‌گیری: از نظر دانشجویان بالینی دندانپزشکی نقش کلاس‌های تئوری که به صورت سخنرانی ارائه می‌شوند مهم تلقی شد. به نظر آنان توانمندی سخنران در انسجام بخشیدن و بیان مطالب، مهمترین نقش را در ارائه یک سخنرانی مؤثر ایفا می‌کند. Introduction: Whilst there is an extensive descriptive literature on the effective lecturing, there are few studies on students' perspective toward the attributes of effective lecture sessions. The aim of this study is to explore students' viewpoints on factors affecting the quality of lecture sessions. Methods: This was a two-stage descriptive study in which 25 dentistry students at clinical stage, studying at Tehran University of Medical Sciences attended a focus group session and represented their viewpoints about weaknesses and strengths of lecture sessions of theory courses. A questionnaire was developed according to the students’ statements. Features of an effective lecture session were categorized into 4 groups of factors related to the lecturer, content, physical facilities available in class, and educational management. Reliability was assessed through Spearman correlation analysis. This questionnaire including 45 items was distributed among 130 students studying at fourth to sixth-year, in the School of Dentistry. Students’ agreement with each item in questionnaire was measured using 5-point Likert scale. Results: Ninety seven questionnaires were collected. Items of factors related to the lecturer mostly regarded by students, among them were “oral presentation techniques” (mean score of 4.64), “presenting case to demonstrate the association between theory and practice” (4.63), and “the lecturer’s ability to associate the content” (4.55) which received the highest scores. Conclusion: Dentistry students at clinical stage thought that the role of lecture in theoretical courses is very important.
