fa رضایتمندی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از سرپرستی پایان‌نامه ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: اطمینان از کسب تجربه پژوهشی توسط دانشجویان، یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف فرایند انجام پایان‌نامه است و ارزشیابی میزان رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان از نحوه سرپرستی پایان‌نامه از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های این فرایند بشمار می‌آید. بنابراین، هدف این تحقیق بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از سرپرستی پایان‌نامه بود. روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 100 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی، دندان‌پزشکی و داروسازی که ضمن دفاع از پایان‌نامه در سال 1385 در مرحله دانش‌آموختگی قرار داشتند، به روش طبقه‌ای تصادفی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه PREQ (‌Postgradute Research Experience Questionnaire) جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: میزان رضایت‌مندی دانشکده‌های پزشکی 01/1±08/3، داروسازی 85/0±37/3 و دندان‌پزشکی 85/0±6/3 بود و از نظر میزان رضایت از سرپرستی پایان‌نامه، بین سه دانشکده تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. «دریافت راهنمایی مفید در خصوص ادبیات تحقیق» کم‌ترین میزان رضایت آزمودنی‌ها بود. بین رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان از نحوه سرپرستی پایان‌نامه و متغیرهای سن و نمره پایان‌نامه رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: لازم است به سرپرستی پایان‌نامه به عنوان یک موضوع علمی که نیازمند آموزش است، توجه شود و در خصوص نحوه راهنمایی در راستای ادبیات پژوهش و موضوع تحقیق، برنامه‌ریزی‌های ویژه اعمال گردد. Introduction: Ensuring research experience achievement by students is one of the most important goals of thesis conduction process and evaluating students' satisfaction with thesis supervision manner is one of the most imperative challenges of this process. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the degree of students' satisfaction with thesis supervision in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In a descriptive cross-sectional study, 100 medical, dental, and pharmaceutical students that had defended their thesis and were spending graduation time (in year 2006) were selected as study population through stratified random sampling. Data was gathered using Postgraduate Research Experience Question-naire (PREQ) which its content validity was authenticated by experts and its internal consistency reliability was verified through a preliminary study. Data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The satisfaction degrees for different schools were as follows: schools of medicine (3.8 ± 1.01), school of pharmacy (3.37 ± 0.85), and school of dentistry (3.6 ± 0.85) and there was a significant difference among the three schools regarding satisfaction degree with thesis supervision. Examinees' least satisfaction was with receiving useful instruction on research literature. A significant difference was observed between students' satisfaction with thesis supervision manner and variables of age and thesis score. Conclusion: Considering the attained results, it is necessary to notice thesis supervision as a scientific sub-ject requiring education.
