fa تأثیر بکار‌گیری الگوی بدیعه‌پردازی در آموزش مفهوم مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان بر خلاقیت نوشتاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: مراقبت تسکینی از بیماران علاج‌ناپذیر نیازمند خلاقیت در ارائه هر چه بهتر این گونه مراقبت‌ها می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، تأثیرشیوه بدیعه‌پردازی بر خلاقیت نوشتاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان در مورد مراقبت تسکینی شد. روش‌ها: مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی با دو گروه از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در نیم‌سال اول 86-87 انجام شد. گروه شاهد 28 و تجربی 32 نفر بودند. پس از پیش‌آزمون کتبی از مفهوم مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان، در گروه تجربی الگوی بدیعه‌پردازی و در گروه شاهد آموزش متداول اجرا گردید و پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. متنی نیز به صورت انشایی در مورد مفهوم مراقبت تسکینی توسط هر دو گروه نوشته شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و مقایسه‌ای من- ویتنی، مجذور کای و فیشر با نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج: میانگین نمرات پیش‌آزمون در گروه شاهد 8/2 و در گروه آزمون 5/2 بود که تفاوت معنی‌داری را قبل از مداخله نشان نمی‌دهند. ولی بعد از مداخله، در پس‌آزمون، میانگین نمرات گروه شاهد 8/3 و در گروه آزمون 8/4 شد که تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری بین دو گروه داشت. متن‌های انشایی دانشجویان نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر خلاقیت نوشتاری بین دو گروه نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از شیوه بدیعه‌پردازی سبب افزایش خلاقیت نوشتاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری در مورد مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان می‌گردد Introduction: Palliative care in patients with incurable diseases requires creativity in providing services in the best possible way. Therefore, the effect of Synectic model on students' writing creativity and academic performance was investigated in this study. Methods: It was a quasi-experimental study performed on 2 groups of nursing students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in the first semester of 2007-2008 academic year. The control group consisted of 28 and the experiment group included 32 students. After the written pre-test about the concept of children's pallia-tive care, the synectic model was employed for the experiment group and the usual method for the control group. Then, the post-test was held for both groups and they also wrote an essay on palliative care. Data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics and inferential tests including Mann Whitney, chi², and Fisher exact test. Results: The mean for pre-test scores was 2.8 for the control group and 2.5 for the experiment group which showed no significant difference before the intervention. But after the intervention in post-test, the mean for the control group was 3.8, while it was 4.8 for the experiment group which showed a statistically significant difference. Moreover, investigating students' essay texts showed a significant difference between the two groups concerning creativity in writing.
