fa ارائه درس دندان‌پزشکی جامعه‌نگر به صورت کارگاهی و بر اساس روش آموزشی مبتنی برحل مسأله و مقایسه آن با آموزش به شیوه سخنرانی ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: امروزه جنبه نگرشی درس دندان‌پزشکی جامعه‌نگر و نحوه آموزش این درس اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه ارائه درس دندان‌پزشکی جامعه‌نگر نظری به صورت کارگاه و بر اساس آموزش مبتنی بر حل مسأله و مقایسه آن با روش متداول سخنرانی بود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 64 نفر از دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که در نیم‌سال دوم سال تحصیلی 86-85 واحد درسی دندان‌پزشکی را انتخاب کرده بودند، به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 32 نفری تجربی و شاهد تقسیم شدند. در گروه شاهد واحد درسی دندان‌پرشکی جامعه‌نگر به روش سنتی و 17 جلسه سخنرانی، و در گروه تجربی به روش آموزش بر مبنای حل مسأله آموزش داده شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و مجذور کای انجام گردید. نتایج: بهبود نگرش در گروه آموزش مبتنی بر حل مسأله، برخلاف گروه آموزش سنتی معنی‌دار بود. در پس‌آزمون، میانگین امتیاز دانش و نگرش گروه شرکت‌کننده در کارگاه از گروه آموزش سنتی بالاتر بود اما اختلاف معنی‌دار نبود. میانگین امتیاز رضایتمندی، و انتقال مفاهیم آموزشی در گروه شرکت‌کننده در کارگاه بطور معنی‌دار بالاتر بود. هشتاد و یک درصد شرکت‌کنندگان از روش برگزاری دوره راضی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: روش آموزشی جدید در رسیدن به اهداف اصلی خود که ایجاد نگرش مثبت در دانشجویان و جلب علاقمندی آنان به مباحث دندان‌پزشکی اجتماعی می‌باشد، موفق است. Introduction: Nowadays, the attitudinal aspect of community dentistry course and the way in which this course is taught is critically important. The aim of this study is to compare the presentation of theoretical community dentistry course through workshops using PBL method with that of contemporary method of lecture. Methods: In this quasi experimental study, 64 dental students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences who took the course of community dentistry in second semester of academic year of 2006-2007 were entered into the survey through census. They were randomly allocated into two groups of experiment and control each including thirty two. The course of community dentistry was taught to control group through traditional method in 17 lecturing sessions meanwhile this course was instructed to experiment group through problem based learning method. A questionnaire was used for gathering data. Data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics and Chi². Results: The improvement in attitude of PBL group was significant in contrast with that of traditional method group. In post-test, the mean score of knowledge and attitude of the group attending in workshop was higher than that of traditional group but the difference was not statistically significant. The mean score of satisfaction and transferring educational concepts was significantly higher in the group attending in workshop. Eighty one percent of the workshop attendees were satisfied with the method employed in the course.
