fa تجربیات دانشجویان، مربیان و مسؤولین پرستاری بیمارستان از کارآموزی در عرصه دانشجویان پرستاری ساير موارد other پژوهشی اصیل Original research article مقدمه: اغلب مطالعات انجام گرفته در مورد آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری به صورت کمی انجام شده است. به منظور بررسی عمیق‌تر آموزش کارآموزی در عرصه دانشجویان پرستاری و درک عمیق‌تر تجربیات آنان، این مطالعه در پی بررسی تجربیات دانشجویان، مربیان و مسؤولین پرستاری بیمارستان از کارآموزی در عرصه دانشجویان پرستاری انجام گرفته است. روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه کیفی، از 8 دانشجوی پرستاری که در پایان دوره کارآموزی در عرصه قرار داشتند، چهار پرستار کارشناس مسؤول بخش، یک سوپروایزر آموزشی و دو مربی ناظر، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته به عمل آمد و از روش تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی (آنالیز محتوا) استفاده شد. نتایج: شش متغیر اصلی در مطالعه حاضر به دست آمد که شامل ضعف آمادگی دانشجویان برای ورود به کارآموزی در عرصه، نامطلوب بودن نحوه ارزشیابی دانشجو، ضعف ارتباط دانشکده و بیمارستان، برنامه‌ریزی مطلوب شیفت‌های کارآموزی در عرصه، ضعف آموزش بالینی و تأثیرات کارورزی بر روند کاری بیمارستان و بیماران بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با عنایت به یافته‌های پژوهش، لازم است مسؤولین آموزش پرستاری برای رفع مشکلات موجود، بالاخص ضعف ارتباطات دانشکده و بیمارستان، و تبدیل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی به فضاهای مناسب آموزشی به منظور تحقق بیشتر اهداف آموزش بالینی دوره پرستاری تلاش بیشتری به کار بندند. Introduction: Most studies concerning clinical education of nursing students have been performed qualita-tively. This study was performed to more deeply investigate the students’ education at nursing clerkship and explore the experiences of nursing students, instructors, and hospital administrators from the clinical educa-tion of nursing students. Methods: In a qualitative study a semi-structured interview was done with 8 nursing students at the end of clerkship, four nurses working as ward administrators, an education supervisor, and two supervising instructors. Qualitative content analysis was employed for analyzing the data. Results: Six central variables were realized (emerged) including lack of readiness for entering into clinical learning environment, undesirability of student assessment process, lack of advantageous relationship between the nursing school and the hospital, ideal planning for clerkship shifts, deficiency in clinical educa-tion, and the effects of clerkship on hospital and patients' affairs.
